To get started please email Gabby Dickey (Assistant Director for Fitness) at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your first assessment session with one of our trainers. At your first session your trainer will:
1. Review UREC personal training policies.
2. Assist you in setting SMART goals.
3. Review your medical history.,
4. Establish a baseline of your starting fitness level through assessments specific to your goal.
Your trainer will then make a professional recommendation for the appropriate training package based on the goals you disclose. If you prefer a male or female please also include that in your email.
