        Appalachian State University's Fitness Program is designed to assist students in establishing a healthy lifestyle, and is committed to helping participants improve their quality of life.  The fitness program consists of three weight rooms, personal training opportunities, and group fitness classes.  The Fitness Program is dedicated to student development by offering job opportunities in each of our three program areas.  Additionally, Fitness Recreation provides workshops, seminars, and special activities throughout the year.
